Overall it wasn’t a terrible experience but definitely not the best that I’ve had at a Texas Roadhouse. Our waitress rarely checked on us and we had to go to the bar to request a refill on our soda.

Some of the meals didn’t come out the way we had ordered them like some steaks weren’t cooked to our request. She forgot a couple things that we had requested, like a kids sprite and a spoon. Our waitress was fairly quiet and seemed like she had a personal matter going on and didn’t want to be at work. We requested to move and were told that it depended on table availability but were able to switch tables quickly. Needless to say it was extremely difficult getting situated with five adults and two babies, one of which we requested a high chair for and they gave us a booster seat because they couldn’t put a high chair at the end of the table. When we were initially sat, they crammed us into a booth next to a booth full of people with a table at the end. The wait was pretty long, but it was a Saturday night.
